HoYoverse officially showed off Version 2.1’s first featured character early Sunday morning, giving fans a first look at Ukinami Yuzuha. Yuzuha is introduced as a tanuki character, hinting at her as being a merchant in Porcelume Heights helping out with Uncle Baorong’s store. Yuzuha is confirmed to be the first member of theWaifei Peninsula’s second playable faction, introducing the “Spook Shack” toZenless Zone Zero. Yuzuha’s Attribute and Path were also revealed by HoYoverse, confirming she will debut as a Physical Support character.
Zenless Zone Zero Reveals First Version 2.1 Character
Yuzuha’s addition toZenless Zone Zero’s roster comes as one of several new characters joining the game following the Waifei Peninsula’s debut. The first half of Version 2.0 introduced Yixuan as its main featured character alongsidePan Yinhu as a four-star unit, while Ju Fufu will become playable during the patch’s second half. Yuzuha’s debut in Version 2.1 will also likely be joined by another new character, withZenless Zone Zeroupdates typically adding two new S-Rank units.Zenless Zone Zero’s Version 2.1 update is currently expected to launch on July 16.
