Where to Find Salt in Fantasy Life i
Once playersswitch to the Cook Life, they’ll unlock the ability to prepare meals that boost HP, SP, Attack, and other attributes. However, these meals can only be created if the player has all the necessary ingredients. Salt is one of the most frequently used materials in cooking, and acquiring it early on ensures you’ll be well-prepared for crafting nourishing meals. One beginner-friendly recipe using Salt is Hamburg Steak, which provides +210 HP and a +20 Attack boost for 30 seconds. It’s a great early-game dish for players who need an edge in battle. To make Hamburg Steak, you’ll need Salt, Beef, and Onion. Beef can be bought at various restaurants, and Onions can begrown using the Farm Life.
