What Happens to Leftover Flag Tokens After Rebel Racers Ends?
Once the Rebel Racers event ends, everything tied to it goes away,including your Flag tokens. But don’t worry because your tokens won’t just vanish.Monopoly GO will automatically swap your leftover Flags for cash.
The exact amount depends on how far along you are in the game. Basically, the higher your board level or net worth, the more money you will get per token. So the Flags don’t carry over to future events, but players will at least get some extra cash to use.
Cash is not too hard to get in the board game, so it would be a good idea to use your Flag tokens while the Rebel Racers event is still live. There are lap rewards along the way, and if you stick with it, you could even earn the Wild Sticker, a five-star sticker pack, and different skins.
Money is mainly used to upgrade your buildings. Every board has a set of buildings that you need to level up multiple times before you can move on to the next one. And as you upgrade, your net worth increases too.
