Released in December 2023 forSteam, VOID Interactive’sReady or Notfollows a SWAT team operating in the fictional city of Los Sueños.Ready or Notplayers can take on a series of realistic breach-and-clear scenarios in some of Los Sueños' most dangerous locations, with friends in online co-op or by themselves in solo play. As the commander of the LSPD SWAT team, players can give tactical orders, plan and carry out missions, and prepare their arsenal for upcoming missions. A year and a half after the initial release, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S owners will finally be able to experiencewhatReady or Notoffers to the first-person shooter genre.

The latest trailer forReady or Notconfirms that the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions will launch on July 15, and pre-orders are available now on the aforementioned platforms, starting at $49.99 for the Standard Edition. First-print copies ofReady or Not, known as the Day One Edition, will include three exclusive pre-order bonus weapons: M32A1 Grenade Launcher, MK-V Pistol, and 590M Shotgun. A Deluxe Edition will also be available for $69.99 featuring the base game, the aforementioned pre-order bonus, “Home Invasion” DLC, “Dark Waters” DLC, a third unannounced DLC pack, and the officialReady or Notsoundtrack. The pre-order bonus will be made available to PC players through the major free “Stories from Los Sueños” update, which adds new content and full cross-play support with the new PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions.
Ready or Not is Coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on July 15
The Stories from Los Sueños update will add two new single-player and online co-op missions across the PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S versions ofReady or Not. This is in addition tothe 18 missions available right now inReady or Not, alongside the content featured in the previously released Home Invasion and Dark Waters DLC packs. The new TRPL Pepper Ball Pistol, a Revamped Training Mode, and a difficulty selector feature will also be available at launch.
TheReady or Notdevelopers confirmed that the game will receive various engine updates, system optimizations, and bug fixes for a more stable experience. Players can experience these improvements in the several missions that are already available, along withcommunity-made maps inReady or Not.
