The chart also currently features older releases, such as Jerry Seinfeld’sBee Movie, along with the recent Netflix comedyNonnas.
M3GAN’s placement on the chart is likely thanks tothe upcoming sequelM3GAN 2.0, which features the return of the unsettling and fashionable doll, who is voiced by Amie Donald.M3GAN 2.0will be in theaters on June 27th, 2025 and brings back original characters Cady (Violet McGraw) and her aunt Gemma (Allison Williams), who are still dealing with the aftermath of the doll’s killing spree. M3GAN stands out amongthe most unnerving horror movie dollssince she talks and moves and acts like a human.The ending of the first moviesuggested that the story could continue, as in typical horror movie fashion, audiences were sure that the doll would live to see another day.
