10X Drake – Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus
Prehistoric Bite Force
X Drake’s Devil Fruitallows him to transform into an Allosaurus, a carnivorous dinosaur, and an Allosaurus-human hybrid at will. Allosaurs may not be stronger than the popularly known T. Rex, but their bite force and speed, which X Drake inherited, are beyond comprehension. He bit a Pacifista deep enough for it to bleed with just his jaws.
His forms also allow him to shift from plain prehistoric raw power to a balance of agility and strength as the battle demands. Although he may not be the apex predator, he is a very solid one.
9Ulti – Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus
The Headstrong Brawler
Just as X Drake shines in bite force, Ulti shines in head force. She is already a menacing head-butter in her human form, but her Pachycephalosaurus transformations take it up a notch with her seemingly titanically reinforced skull that is rumored to be able to send the average person to the afterlife.
While she has more strength and durability in her full form, her hybrid form gives her more speed and power behind her attacks. Herstubbornness is the icing on the cake, making her headstrong in not just action but also attitude.
8Kaku – Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe
Absurd Yet Deadly Giraffe Swordsman
One would think the harmless giraffe would be a terrible transformation in terms of strength, but Kaku managed to creatively turn the tide of this assumption. In his hybrid form, he would employ attacks that turn his weaknesses, such as his long neck, into a lethal art form while using his sword skills and Rokushiki.
Kaku’s awakening gives him an even greater edge, allowing him to move his neck, which grows even longer, with snake-like unpredictability and strength. Had Stussy not interruptedhim and Zoro’s fight on Egghead, he would have given the latter a tough time.
7Rob Lucci – Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard
From Killer Cat To Awakened Apex Predator
Despite his defeat in Water 7, Lucci is no pushover, and his return as an awakened Zoan in Egghead shows that he was not idling around either. Excluding his awakening, Lucci has four forms, a feat uncommon among even Zoans. His fourth form is a more human form of his leopard-human hybrid, sacrificing his massive carnivorous strength for more killer cat speed.
While maintaining the leopard-human hybrid ratio, his apex predator awakening gives him speed and strength way higher than the fourth, enough to make his fight against Luffy in Gear 5 not too one-sided.
6Queen - Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus
Brachiosaurs are already one of the largest and heaviest dinosaurs to exist, but Queen’s experimental nature makes that form more devastating. He combined his transformations with technological advancements, making him a dinosaur cyborg. Weapons like Gatling guns, laser beams, and rocket launchers are hidden all around his body. And this is just the start.
Queen’s hybrid form is where this prehistoric and futuristic combo shines. Now bipedal, he has easy access to more mechanical parts than his beast form and a free hand for a sword. This form is so terrifying that even his subordinates ran in fear at the sight of it.
5Yamato – Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami
Divine Power In A Wolf’s Form
Yamato may have accidentally eaten the fruit, but it was probably meant for him all along. He can transform into the beast and beast-hybrid form of the Okuchi no Makami, a legendary guardian wolf deity of Wano, and the perfect ability for one who idolizes Oden.
In his hybrid form, Yamato has earned recognition from the strongest man in the world, Kaido, for his strength and abilities.Yamato also has an extra ability, an exception common with Mythical Zoans. He can generate and control ice, giving him an extra level of offense and defense.
4Marco – Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix
Strength And Elegance At Its Best
As one of the most mystical bird lifeforms, Marco’s Devil Fruit could not get any more elegant than the beautiful blue-flamed Phoenix. In both hybrid and full-Phoenix forms, Marco is granted enough strengthto face two Yonko Commanders at once, fly at high speeds, and flames with absurd regeneration abilities.
Not only can he heal the most fatal of wounds with these flames, but he can also defend against high-level attacks with them and can even let attacks pass through him just like a Logia user. When it comes to versatility and endurance, not many people are touching Marco.
3King – Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pteranodon
The Lunarian Of Doom
King is already a menacing character without his Devil Fruit abilities, and with them, he’s near untouchable. He can transform into a pteranodon and a pteranodon-Lunarian hybrid that boosts his already impressive stats and a fire that signifies danger for his opponents.
With a durability unlike any other, a flight speed and strength unmatched even among Yonko Commanders, and a spear-shaped beak capable of impaling on a direct hit, King is a walking symbol of unspoken dominance. Among those under the Zoan dinosaur class, King is undoubtedly the most terrifying.
2Kaido – Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu
The King Of Beasts
The strongest man in the world, plus Mythical Dragon Devil Fruit abilities, is a recipe for a nightmare, and that nightmare is Kaido. Including the influence of Shuron Hakke,Kaido has five forms, a record even among Zoans. He can easily change as the situation demands, but he likes having a challenge, so he usually maintains his base form.
His full dragon form is the size of a small town, and he can fly and generate clouds that can carry entire islands. Speaking of his durability, it took about thirteen people, with most of them being incredibly strong, plus Luffy in Gear 5, to bring him down. His attacking power has not even been touched, and he’s already a demon. He was renowned as the strongest being for a reason.

Some would argue that Luffy’s Gear 1-4 are all just creative applications of his base abilities,but his Gear 5is not just unquestionably a unique form but also a symbol of freedom. In this state, his body, his opponents, and the world around him are subject to his elastic whims, stretching them to whatever length and shape he imagines.
Seemingly out of a Looney Tunes episode, he fights in the most absurd and comical manner while spreading joy and laughter. As it is not even the typical Zoan, it is probably the most unorthodox transformation inOne Piece.
