Before fans pin the blame on Jin-Woo for Go Gun-Hee’s untimely death, they should know that the unfortunate incident happenedwhen Jin-Woo was in America, attending an international guild conference. If only Jin-Woo had sensed the enemy sooner, he would have been able to intervene and save the chairman’s life. Unfortunately, Go Gun-Hee’s time was over, even though he was only living on borrowed time from the very beginning.

Go Gun-Hee’s killer is none other thanthe Frost Monarch, Sillad, who has been going around the world, hunting vessels one after another. As part of the plan to weaken the Rulers, Sillad visits the chairman at the Korean Hunters Association’s headquarters to kill him. While Go Gun-Hee will be able to fight Sillad, his strength will not be enough, and he will soon find himself fighting for his life.

He may also return and make a cameo, likely in the final arc wherethe Shadow Monarch, Ashborn, may use his image to talk to Jin-Woo.
