Summary

With almost 900 cars availableinForza Horizon 5as of 2025, players would have to spend quite some time collecting the rarest and most exclusive vehicles available. While many cars have a “hard-to-get” status, players can easily obtain other, no less notable vehicles in various ways: from the Autoshow or Auctions toWheelspin rewards. This includes even the weirdest, most unique cars inForza Horizon 5, many of which aren’t featured anywhere else, providing a special driving experience in the open world.

From the smallest three-wheelers that have long become a staple of theForza Horizonseries, to huge utility trucks, custom hot rods, futuristic SUVs, and even hundred-year-old race cars — below are the weirdest and silliest cars to get inForza Horizon 5thatany newcomer to the game should taketo the open road at least once.

Forza Horizon 5 Peel Trident

All cars listed below are included in the standard version of the game (no DLC required) and are available for purchase directly from the Autoshow.

1Peel Trident 1965

Smallest, Lightest Microcar in the Game

A longtime pearl in theForza Horizonseries' collection of some of the weirdest cars ever built, the Peel Trident three-wheel microcar exists purely for gags inForza Horizon 5, just like its predecessor, the no less iconic Peel P50. Initially, the Peel Trident stood as a “hard-to-find” vehicle in the game, but today, it’savailable for everyone in the Autoshowfor just pennies — and it’s really impossible to ignore.

One of the world’s smallest two-seater cars, with its alien-looking glass canopy that ratchets upward and a weight of just 160 kg, the Peel Trident shares the same engine as the P50, meaning players shouldn’t expect any real performance beyond “it moves.” Both the P50 and Trident are the slowest vehicles in the game, but everyone needs to drive them at least once.

Forza Horizon 5 BMW Isetta 300 Export

2BMW Isetta 300 Export 1957

Unique Bubble Car for Leisure, Careful Driving

When talking about BMW, the Isetta 300 Export is probably the last thing to come to mind — but here it is, in the flesh. Easily one of the smallest and silliest vehicles in all ofForza Horizon 5, the Isetta 300 Export is among the lightest (417 kg)and slowest in the game. It stands as another microcar akin to the Peel models and proudly carries the nickname “bubble car” due to its egg-like shape.

Fully re-engineered by BMW, this variation of the Isetta microcar features some unique design choices. Yet first and foremost, it’s an underpowered economy car for two people that isn’t meant to be driven fast. Even in its stock variation, the Isetta 300 may flip over when pushed too hard around corners, so there’s no need to rush one’s acquaintance with this fascinating piece of four-wheel machinery.

Forza Horizon 5 Reliant Supervan III

3Reliant Supervan III 1972

Why Not, if Players Can Make this Thing Drive Straight

The Reliant Supervan III isn’t just one of the weirdest cars inForza Horizon 5’s rich roster, but also one of its dumbest. A variant of the Reliant Regal three-wheeler, it’s almost impossible to control this unstable chunk of eccentric machinery — but old-time fans might argue that’s where the real beauty of the Reliant Supervan lies.

Speed and acceleration are almost non-existent in the stock Supervan III, which is built around a motorcycle engine, so unless players want to stand still and occasionally topple over, theyshould consider getting some upgrades. Even then, it can be tricky to make the Reliant Supervan III drive confidently in a straight line, but again, think of it as a trait rather than a downside.

Forza Horizon 5 Morgan 3 Wheeler

4Morgan 3 Wheeler 2014

The Most Extreme Three-Wheeler for Uncontrollable Thrills

While traditional bikes have yet to be introduced to theForza Horizonseries,Forza Horizon 5surprisingly features plenty of three-wheel vehicles. Among them, the Morgan 3 Wheeler is arguably the best and most racing-ready, boasting a weight of just 544 kg and capable of reaching over 110 mph. Unlike the Peel or Reliant three-wheelers that drive almost like an old sofa, the Morgan 3 Wheeler is actually capable of delivering some thrills with no upgrades installed, though players will need toget used to its unique frame and handling first.

The 3 Wheeler is a modern reinterpretation of Morgan’s three-wheeled cars made in the 1930s. Of course, this open-top roadster isn’t built to shatter records, but rather to embody automotive eccentricity, and the Morgan 3 Wheeler fully gets the job done. There is nothing else quite like it in any aspect, so given this vehicle’s modest price tag, this weird creation deserves a spot in every driver’s collection.

Forza Horizon 5 Mercedes-Benz Unimog U5023

5Mercedes-Benz Unimog U5023 2014

Rare Utility Truck for Slow, Solitary Driving

With just a handful of trucks available inForza Horizon 5, the Mercedes-Benz Unimog U5023 is easily the most unusual, albeit with some of the worst stats in the game, rendering it almost entirely unsuitable for speed racing. Unless players are really into unconventional competition, the Unimog U5023 is hard to recommend. But that’s exactly why it’s so special in the game.

Commonly used in the mining industry, this all-terrain vehicle seems more suitable for games likeDeath Stranding, as players can’t load this truck with cargo inForza Horizon 5. Still, traversing various Mexican terrains unburdened could make for a surprisingly solitary experience if players dare to take the Unimog U5023 to the most distant corners of the map in search of hidden bonus boards.

Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels Bone Shaker

6Hot Wheels Bone Shaker 2011

Iconic Custom Rat Rod with an Unmistakable Appearance

Hot Wheels vehicles have long been part of theForza Horizonseries, and with the Hot Wheels expansion available forForza Horizon 5, their number has grown substantially. For players who aren’t eager to get the expansion, though, some iconic Hot Wheels models are included in the base game, with Bone Shaker representing one of the best and most unique choices.

This custom rat rod is menacing in appearance and unmistakable in both handling and sound on the track. Interestingly, the Bone Shaker was built in real life by the California-based company Picture Car Warehouse, blurring the line between the car’s fictional and real-worldfunctionality inForza Horizon 5. With its high stats and affordable Autoshow price, it’s a must-pick for every newcomer.

Forza Horizon 5 Bugatti Type 35 C

7Bugatti Type 35 C 1926

The Oldest Piece of Machine Engineering

At a glance, the Bugatti Type 35 C isn’t as weird as some of the other cars featured here, yet that’s not entirely true. Thething is, the vintage racerType 35 C stands as the oldest car inForza Horizon 5, originally created almost a hundred years ago. In fact, the first version of the car emerged back in 1924, with the Type 35 C representing the third iteration of the iconic racecar that shattered numerous records.

To this day, the Bugatti Type 35 C is the only car in the entireForzafranchise that appears to have a hand-crank ignition — even though it isn’t functional in the game. While in its era, the Type 35 C was ahead of its time, the default stats inForza Horizon 5aren’t particularly impressive, which is hardly a surprise given the car’s age. Nevertheless, driving such an ancient machine is a rather exclusive experience that car enthusiasts shouldn’t pass up, even with the Type 35 C’s pretty high cost.

Forza Horizon 5 AMG Transport Dynamics M12S Warthog CST

8AMG Transport Dynamics M12S Warthog CST 2554

Fictional Futuristic All-Terrain Transport from the Halo Universe

Finally, from the past to the future. It’s possible inForza Horizon 5with the AMG Transport Dynamics M12S Warthog CST — one of the rare fictional vehicles featured in the game. Taken straight from theHalofranchise, the M12S Warthog initially appeared inForza Horizon 3and has been featured in every new installment since. Not that anyone would complain, given this vehicle’s looks and well-rounded stats.

Withsome modifications and upgrades, the M12S Warthog can become one of the best off-road choices inForza Horizon 5, even if it’s a bit pricey. The vehicle’s best trait is its advanced suspension, which is pretty much unmatched by any real-life counterpart.Coupled with advanced dampening, players won’t find this combination of power and stability elsewhere, resulting in a truly special, trailblazing experience across Mexico.
