The name ofthis enemy type is the Kashimashi, and they appear to be grotesque, twisted women made out of doll parts. Like the Bubble Head Nurses, the Kashimashi move in an unnatural, jolting way that makes them even more uneasy to look at. Even worse, though, these new enemies seem to be even more violent than the Bubble Head Nurses.

TheSilent Hillfranchise is known for its monsters. Whether it be Pyramid Head or the Bubble Nurses,Silent Hillhas continued to excel at horrifyingly beautiful creature design. The Kashimashi is no different. While incredibly unnerving, the design is incredibly eye-catching.
