It’s important that players do not use the Super Star straight away. Instead, players will want to follow the off-road track anduse a Trick Boost by clicking Roff the ledge into the lava, except players must use the Super Star before they touch the lava. While driving across the lava with the Super Star power-up, follow the lava geysur bumps and use a Trick Boost to gain more speed as you hit the blue circles for more time.

The second Super Star will need to be used as soon as the first one runs out, so that players do not lose time by drowning in the lava. It’s a moment of precision and being well-timed, so be sure to watch for your kart as it’s about to hit the lava before activating the Super Star, as this will provide players with enough time to use the Super Star and safely get to shore to cross the finish line and complete the Show the Lava That You’re a Super Star! P-Switch.
