You can partake in a Field Research quest and two separate Special Research quests with branched paths. Those who live in or have traveled to Jersey City can get their hands on the exclusive Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta before their Global debut. Pokemon GOFest 2025 Jersey Field Research includes tasks tied to different Habitat areas, each with unique spawns. While exploring, you can complete extra tasks for rewards like Stardust,Rare Candy XL, and guaranteed encounters with featured Pokemon such as Drampa and Turtonator.

Pokemon GOFest 2025 ticket holders can access the Full Steam Ahead to Jersey Special Research, which has 9 steps with various tasks and rewards. Tasks include spinning PokeStops or Gyms in Liberty State Park,taking in-game snapshots, and more.

ThePokemon GOFest 2025 Jersey City Hero’s Journey Special Research grants a guaranteedCrowned Sword Zacian or Crowned Shield Zamazenta. It is an exclusive Special Research Quest which is only available to ticket holders. In step two, you choose between the Crowned Sword or Crowned Shield path, with rewards including the corresponding Crowned Energy.
