It goes without saying that Imu is the biggest villain in all ofOne Piece. After all, Imu was the one who fans knew was going to stand in Luffy’s way eventually, when the Great War final began. However, at the same time, it must also be said that many fans thought Imu’s powers would be around the same tier asthe likes of the Yonko, or potentially the Pirate King.One Piecechapter 1150 shows that to not be the case. Imu is on an entirely different tier altogether, and that’s what makes them incredibly special.

As seen inOne Piecechapter 1150, Imu has access to a Spellbook and this book allows them to do absolutely incredible things. For instance, Imu could buff just about any ally around them, and even the giant beasts that were created by the imagination of the people of Elbaf. Similarly, Imu was also able to practically one-shot Dorry and Brogy and not just that, but actually turn them into his pawns. Imu absolutely demolished Dorry and Brogy, and all the others in Elbaf, and they could clearly do this to anyone else in the country. Imu can grant them immortality, strength buff, and even stronger abilities, which is hard to comprehend as far as overpowered One Piece characters go.
Imu’s Spellbook Allowed Them To Create A Demon Giant Army
Imu Leads One Piece’s Strongest Army Now
As fans know, Imu’s eyes were always set on the Giant Demon Army from the get-go. Imu and the World Government did experiments to create a Giant Army. At the same time, they even tried to traffick some Giants into the Navy. With the Holy Knights, Imu tried to get the Giants to willingly submit due to their kids being hostages. However, at the end of it all, Imu themself decided to use their magic powers to corrupt the Giants of Elbaf and turn them into demon slaves.

Imu has essentially signed a death contract with them, which basically means that they give up a portion of their lifespan, and at the same time, they gain immortality, and other strength buffs in return. As seen at the very end ofOne Piecechapter 1150, Imu has essentially created a Demon Army and it is practically impossible for them to be defeated right now. What’s even crazier is that Imu is doing all this with a possessed body. In other words, Imu isn’t even at their full strength, and their true power is even greater.
The Straw Hats And New Giant Pirates Will Have To Fight The Demon Army
Undoubtedly, taking down the Demon Army isn’t going to be easy, but if there’s anyone in One Piece who can fight them, it’ll be the Straw Hat Pirates and the New Giant Warrior Pirates. Currently, half of the Straw Hats are in the Underworld of Elbaf, which means that their main strike force isn’t even around. Soon, they’ll ascend from the Underworld, and when that happens,Oda will give fans a massive war in Elbaf.
The ones to take down the Demon Army of Imuwill be the Straw Hats. The matchups themselves are clear. Luffy and Loki will likely team up against Imu, as depicted in the Harley. Zoro and Sanji will fight Dorry and Brogy.
The Holy Knights will likely be taken on by the other members of the Straw Hats, with help from the New Giant Warrior Pirates.
