As far asthe identity of a second Nika goes, nothing has been confirmed yet. But, fans know very well that Loki fits the description. Loki calls himself the Sun God who will destroy the world, which is very different from Luffy, the Sun God who will liberate the world. Loki is also confirmed to have eaten a legendary Devil Fruit in Elbaf that was passed down through the ages in Elbaf, and it will most likely be connected to the Sun God Nika. As such, Loki being the second Nika is very likely.
