Shanks Might Be On Joy Boy’s Level
However, there is one character who can compete with Joy Boy, and that is Shanks. This might sound crazy to fans, but Oda himself wrote Shanks to be comparable to Joy Boy in terms of Haki. When Joy Boy’s Haki was unleashed,Dorry and Brogy wondered if this Haki blast was stronger than Shanks’s. In other words, there is a debate to be had over which Haki is stronger, and this also means that Shanks’s Haki can reach similar levels.
