Sanji is the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates. Not only does he make spicy dishes, but he can also serve up some fiery kicks that are bound to leave enemies with some serious burns.
What makes Sanji a dangerous opponent is that he has the brains to go along with the brawn. He can discern the situation quickly and come up with a plan to nullify the threat. Throughout the story, Sanji has fought some of the meanest One Piece characters, and he has come out on top in almost all of them. With the Elbaf arc still ongoing, Sanji will indubitably face a new challenge, and after conquering it, he will surpass many big names.

Rob Lucci isthe strongest CP0 agent in One Piece. From childhood, Lucci has been nothing but a killing machine. He doesn’t care about killing innocent people if they try to get in the way. Lucci possesses the Neko Neko no Mi, a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a leopard at will.
Lucci can also use Rokushiki and two basic types of Haki. Sanji might not have a Devil Fruit, but he has more durability and strength than Lucci. He survived despite having all his bones broken, and Lucci doesn’t have any attack that could harm Sanji.
5Jozu
One Of The Best Fighters Among The Whitebeard Pirates
Jozu was the Third Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, making him one of the top fighters in the crew. Jozu headed the fighter division, implying that he was arguably the best at combat. He ate the Kira Kira no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allowed him to transform his body into diamonds.
Since diamonds are the strongest occurring metal in nature, Jozu’s defense is almost impenetrable. Whenever he covers his body with diamonds, it’s nearly impossible to hurt him. A good example of Jozu’s sturdiness is how he tanked Mihawk’s slash without any problem. Additionally, Jozu is an exceptional Armament Haki user. Sanji’s ability to withstand damage is also impressive, and one could argue that it’s better as it doesn’t have the same drawbacks. But Sanji needs to work on his Armament Haki to surpass Jozu.

Trafalgar Law is the captain of the Heart Pirates and one of the mostpowerful characters in One Piece. Law’s main source of power is the Ope Ope no Mi, and over the years, he has mastered the ability. With his Devil Fruit, Law has overcome many noteworthy opponents.
Unfortunately, Law overreliance on the Ope Ope no Mi caused him to pay less attention to Haki, and it severely limited his potential. Law has a powerful Devil Fruit, but it has been proven that a person with superior Haki and strength cannot be affected by it. Once Sanji obtains a new power-up in Elbaf, he will surely supplant Trafalgar Law.
3Charlotte Katakuri

Charlotte Katakuri wasthe strongest Sweet Commander of the Big Mom Pirates. As one of the older children, Katakuri was fiercely loyal to Big Mom, and he always made decisions that would be beneficial for the family. Katakuri also had a lot of responsibility on his shoulders, which he could only accomplish because of his strength.
Katakuri ate the Mochi Mochi no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allowed him to control mochi at will. Since Katakuri was so well versed in using Observation Haki, he could create holes in his body to let attacks phase through, just like a Logia. While Sanji has yet to attain the same level of mastery as Katakuri, the latter is completely outclassed in other departments by the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates.

Eustass Kid was the captain of the Kid Pirates and one of the members of the Worst Generation. He wanted to become the Pirate King, which is why hewas actively searching for the Road Poneglyphs. Eustass Kid’s Jiki Jiki no Mi made him a dangerous person, especially on the seas, because he could use the Devil Fruit’s power to manipulate the magnetic forces of attraction and repulsion.
Eustass Kid also has access to all three types of Haki, which gives him a big advantage in fights. However, Kid never got around to fully unlocking the potential of these abilities. So, he is rather easy to beat, particularly in a 1v1. Once the Elbaf arc ends, Sanji will have surpassed Kid and created a noticeable gap between them.

Marco is one of the best fighters in One Piece. Hejoined the Whitebeard Pirates while hewas still very young, and he was one of the few people to stay with the crew until its disbandment. Marco possesses the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into the mythological creature.
Marco can use his power to fly and to heal his injuries. He can also use the blue flames to heal the wounds of others. Marco can use Armament and Observation Haki, but not on the same level as some of the other high-tier fighters. Sanji has already surpassed Marco in terms of physical strength, but he still needs to improve his Haki, and that will likely happen in Elbaf.
