Obito’s powers make him a force to be reckoned with, with his Mangekyo Sharingan just serving as a taste of the things to come. Even in his base form, he should be able to bring the fight to any Tailed Beast.
However, if any Tailed Beast is unlucky enough to take this man on whenhe’s the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki, then their days are numbered. Obito will waste no time in decimating them with a mere pittance of his powers before moving on to more important things.

It’s a shame that Kaguya was introduced so late in the series, since this hampered her impact as a villain. However, her existence as the Mother of Chakra should make it clear that she’s a force to be reckoned with.
Her power is so immense that taking her out in a fair fight was impossible for Team 7, who had to resort to sealing her instead. If a Tailed Beast dares incur her wrath, then they’re turned into mincemeat in a flash.

The power of the Rinnegan is in a class of its own, which is why Pain managed to kill some ofthe strongest ninja in the series. He eventually met his match at the hands of Naruto, whose Sage Mode Chakra, coupled with his Tailed Beast powers, helped him overcome Nagato’s Paths of Pain.
If push comes to shove and a healthy Nagato comes face to face with a Tailed Beast, then it’s very much possible that he can obliterate them. Even a weakened Nagata can use his Paths of Pain to take over the battle and overwhelm a Tailed Beast with their combined powers.
