Fans know very well thatHorikoshi is a very talented authorand he’s still very young. Although My Hero Academia ended, fans of the series don’t have to be sad, because a new series from the author is going to be released soon. In fact, Horikoshi has already confirmed that he is working on this new manga, which he will be both writing and drawing himself. Here’s what he had to say:
I feel really lucky over the success of MHA, so I know there’s a lot of pressure around my next move. I’m planning to start a new manga as soon as I possibly can. I was thinking of committing myself to simply drawing my next project, and letting someone else write the story, but my editor advised me ‘It will be better if you do it all yourself.’ With that in mind, I’ve slowly started writing and drawing the thumbnails of my next manga. — Horikoshi

The My Hero Academia manga was wrapped up by the mangaka, Horikoshi, in 2024. The story features 430 chapters for fans to read. All these chapters can be found onManga Plus, as the story used to be serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump when it was still ongoing.
