Mike Flanagan’s Latest Dark Tower Update Is Encouraging
In an interview withComicbook.com,Mike Flanagan let fans know that he is still working on hisDark Toweradaptation. Flanagan said:
“It’s not that I’ve put it down. It’s just that the thing is so big, it’s like building an oil tanker."
Flanagan continued:
“We’ve been moving it forward this whole time. It’s just, that’s how big it is. It’s constantly in the works, and you better believe as often as you guys may want to ask about it, Stephen King is asking me about it more, and I’m not gonna let him down.”
This is great news, and fans will definitely be ready to hear more updates when they’re available. As Flanagan explained, adaptingThe Dark Towerwill take a lot of time and effort, and it makes sense that it’s taking a while. There’s no doubt that the long wait will be worth it and King’s many fans will appreciate the care that Flanagan has put into the story.
