This would likely allow the Strategist to keep Vanguards alive longer without making her overpowered when healing allies with smaller health pools. It’s a suggestion that quite a few people agree with, as some gamers stated that they’ve stopped playing the Strategist due to her weak healing abilities and unimpressive damage.
