From what can be seen, the rework to Thor places a lot of importance on the Vanguard being able to stay in his Awakened Rune state for longer periods of time. This allows him to deal significant damage to enemies both near and far. However, it does seem as if his Hammer Throw is a bit weaker as a result.
Marvel Rivals Showcases Thor and Jeff Changes
The most significant change toJeff the Land Shark inMarvel Rivalsappears to be the rework of Joyful Splash. Previously, this ability allowed Jeff to lay down a consistent stream of healing water to allies within range. Now, in addition to healing allies, Joyful Splash damages enemies. The move also pierces both friends and foes, allowing Jeff the Land Shark to continually heal and deal damage, which increases the rate at which his ultimate ability recharges.
