Lost in Random: The Eternal Dieimmediately throws the player into a run, allowing them to get comfortable with the controls as they’ll need to fight through various rooms multiple times to reach the boss at the end. After players experience their first defeat, they’ll make their way to theSanctuary, where they can interact with several things, one of which is theWardrobe.
This Wardrobe will be inaccessible at that point, but there’s no need to worry, as unlocking it doesn’t take much time. This guide includes everything you need to know about changing clothes inLost in Random: The Eternal Die.
How to Access the Wardrobe in Lost in Random: The Eternal Die
To gain access to the Wardrobe,you must enter the Mysterious Portal located inside the Sanctuary, which takes you back to theBlack Die—a world filled with randomized roomsand different enemies. As you progress through the rooms, you’ll encounter various NPCs. In the first area of the Black Die,there’s a chance to enter a room containing The Rug Reader.Speak with them, and they’ll mention meeting you in the Sanctuary upon your return.
After this conversation, you can either end your run immediately by dying to a normal enemy, especially if changing your outfit is your main priority, or continue progressing through the rooms to face the first boss, which is a surprisingly challenging duo fight.
Once youreturn to the Sanctuary, the area around the Wardrobe will now be lit, with The Rug Reader standing beside it. Speak with them again to unlock access to the Wardrobe, where you’ll be able to change outfits if you’ve acquired any during your runs.

If you’ve purchased theFortune Editionof the game, the two cosmetic outfits that come with it—theDeath Setand the dazzlingCrystal Set—will be waiting inside the Wardrobe.Equipping an entire set will immediately unlock the achievement.
