Patch 25.11 is mainly about tweakingLeague of Legends' championswho have been falling behind, and also reining in a few that have been a bit too strong. Aatrox has received a set of mixed changes: His passive’s max HP damage has been reduced from 12% to 8%, but his Q’s sweet spot bonus has increased from 60% to 70%. Additionally, his W now deals physical damage instead of magic. Annie has gained more early-game durability, with her base armor increased from 19 to 23, but her armor scaling has been lowered and her W’s max rank damage reduced.

Garen has gotten a big spotlight in this patch. Riot’s updated his playstyle to work better in extended fights by cutting down Judgment’s cooldown and making Courage’s active stronger, so he can tank more damage. To make room for those changes, he’s losing some burst - the crit scaling on E has been nerfed, and his R’s base damage has dropped from 450 to 350. Diana’s was stillstruggling in theLeague of Legendsjungle, especially without early Fated Ashes. To help her out, her passive’s monster damage has been increased from 225% to 260%, speeding up her clear. And Kassadin has picked up 2 more base armor and a bit more damage on E, though Riftwalk’s AP scaling has dropped from 90% to 78%.

Only oneLeague of Legendsitemhas been changed: Horizon Focus now costs 100 gold less (2800 down from 2900) and grants 5 more ability power (115 total). There are also a bunch of other small changes, some bug fixes, and a solid round of visual updates for the Black Rose skins. Vladimir, Samira, Renata Glasc, and Elise all got model, texture, and VFX upgrades to make the skins feel way more polished and on-theme. Overall, this doesn’t shake things up too much, but it does tighten up champion balance for a smoother, more consistent experience.
