Players will get most of the Jobs by following along the main story, but some are also earned by completing Sub-scenarios. Sub-scenarios are optional quests that appear during the chapters and are marked with a blue marker on the map.
What Are Jobs in Bravely Default Flying Fairy HD?
Jobs allow players to customize their party, despite having only four members. Players can give their Party Members a Job, an Ability, and a Job Command. Jobs allow players to deal damage with status effects so they canexploit monster and boss weaknesses.
Freelancer is the base Job available from the start of the game, which gives players the Miscellany Job Command and the Late Bloomer Specialty. Late Bloomer increases Max HP, MP, Physical Attack, Magic Attack, Physical Defense, and Magic Defense by 1% with every job mastered.
