How to Set Up Parental Controls in Fortnite
To set up Parental Controls, players will first need to visitepicgames.com/loginand log into the associated account that they wish to use Parental Controls on. This Epic Games account is associated with theFortniteaccount, regardless of platform (Mobile/Switch/PlayStation/PC/Xbox). Once inside the login for the account, click the profile icon on the top right and head through the options menu to select Parental Controls. At this point, you can set up a 6-digit PIN to enable Parental Controls, and now the Parental Control settings will be available for parents to check through so they can decide what restrictions they want to set.
If players have forgotten their Parental Controls PIN, they can select the Forgot your PIN? option to receive an email from Epic Games with the associated Epic Games account to reset the PIN.
How to Disable Parental Controls in Fortnite
Disabling Parental Controls inFortniterequires players to go in-gameon the associatedFortniteaccount. Once inFortnite, players want to hit the options button, where they will enter a menu, and the bottom symbol (three lines) will have the Parental Controls option. Players must select this option and enter their PIN, where at the bottom of the screen, they can select Disable.
