TheStellar BladexGoddess of Victory: Nikkeadd-on expansion gives players the opportunity to earn a variety of outfits, items, and collectibles. The first step towards earning those rewards is starting the DLC, though the way that is done may not be immediately obvious. Fortunately, it is not extremely difficult to start theNikkeDLC forStellar Blade, and this guide explains exactly how that is done.
Stellar BladexGoddess of Victory: Nikkeis a paid DLC that costs $9.99.
How to Start Nikke DLC in Stellar Blade
Buy Stellar Blade x Goddess of Victory: Nikke
Players must buy and install theNikkeDLC forStellar Bladebefore they can access its content, and it is available onSteamand in thePlayStation Store. Notably, theNikkeadd-on is part ofStellar BladeComplete Edition and theStellar BladeTwin Expansion Pack, which also includes theStellar BladexNieR:AutomataDLC, and both of these bundles can be found at the aforementioned storefronts.
Players who have not purchased theNikkeDLC should also see a graphic for the add-on at the bottom ofStellar Blade’s title menu, and they can select that graphic to be taken directly to the purchase page.
Reach the Wasteland
Once theNikkeDLC is installed, players must playStellar Bladeup to the point at which theAltess Levoiremain quest becomes available and theWastelandmap becomes accessible. For the uninitiated, Altess Levoire is the fourthmain quest inStellar Blade, and it will take new players aroundthree hoursto reach it.
If a player wants to access theNikkeDLC from a save file that has already made it to the Wasteland, they should locate the Tetrapod on the current map, speak with Adam in front of the ship, select “travel to another region,” and choose Xion. After fast traveling to that map, players should exit through the south end to enter the Wasteland.
Using the Tetrapod to travel directly to the Wasteland may prevent the NPC who starts theNikkeDLC from appearing, which is why players are advised to pass throughXionfirst.
Find Volt
After entering the Wasteland, players should open the in-game map, look for theStellar BladexGoddess of Victory: Nikkemarker, and navigate to the location that it marks. This marker looks like a white diamond, and its precise position is shown on the preceding map.
Upon arriving at the location indicated by the marker, players will findVolt, a robotic dog, and examining him will trigger a cutscene that marks the beginning of theNikkeDLC. Indeed,Stellar Bladeplayerswill be able to accept numerous new requests when the cutscene comes to an end, and those requests award the Bone-Wrenches that can be used to purchase cosmetics from Volt’s shop.
