Your storage is running out of space, again? This is something everyArena Breakout: Infiniteplayer should get used to experiencing. Storage space in the game feels like gold dust, and managing it smartly is the difference between building a proper arsenal and constantly scrapping gear you would rather keep.
Like otherdifficult extraction shooters,Arena Breakout: Infiniterewards players who think several steps ahead, both in combat and in logistics. If you are running out of room and tired of playing inventory Tetris, this guide will show you how to expand your storage space and keep what you have fought so hard to extract.
How to Get More Storage Space in Arena Breakout: Infinite
The most efficient way to increase your storage space is bypacking smaller chest rigs and backpacks into larger ones. This works because backpacks typically offer more storage capacity than the number of slots they occupy in your stash. In other words, you can fit more items inside a backpack than the space the backpack takes up inArena Breakout: Infinite.
Think of it like theRussian nesting dolls, where you open one to find another doll inside. Similarly, you’re able to stack multiple rigs into a single backpack and then stow that backpack into a larger backpack to multiply your storage space while using fewer units of space.
Now, here’s what you should do: get 2x B3 Universal Chest Rigs, 1x Rush Tactical Backpack, and 1x Cowhide Backpack. Place both rigs into the Rush, then pack the Rush into the Cowhide.
12 Slots (3x4)
20 Slots (4x5)
30 Slots (4x6)
20 Slots (4x4)
25 Slots:
This setup gives you71 units of storage inside a single Cowhide backpackthat only takes 20 slots in your stash. That’s a net gain of 51 storage slots inArena Breakout: Infinite.
To put it in perspective: without nesting, the two rigs and two backpacks would take 64 units of space in your stash. However, by nesting them into each other, you are only using 20 slots. That’s over three times the efficiency.
The B6 Tactical Chest Rig is a better alternative to the B3. You still get to place two of them into a Rush backpack, but each B6 Rig packs more space than the B3. That said, it’s easier to come by B3 Rigs during raids. You can even find them on Scavs.
Complete Missions to Unlock Extra Storage Slots
One of themistakes new players make inArena Breakout: Infiniteis ignoring their main missions. They are a great way to score more storage space, and that too, for free.
Head to the Missions tab and accept all available missions. You have tocomplete 20 main missions to unlock 150 storage slots. Not to mention that completing missions also rewards you with rigs, backpacks, andmoney to spend on gear.
There’s also another mission that you can do afterward that gets you another 150 free space. That’s a total of300 free storage slotsinArena Breakout: Infinite.
Best Storage Management Tips to Save Space in Arena Breakout: Infinite
Usable storage space is a valuable and often scarce resource inArena Breakout: Infinite. This is because your stash can quickly become overloaded as you progress through raids and gather gear.
By knowing how tosmartly manage your storage, you not only maximize space but also reduce clutter to keep only the best gear at your fingertips. These tips will guide you through the best ways to save space and streamline your stash for peak storage.
Organize Your Stash
Arena Breakout: Infinitehas an option (top-right) to automatically organize your storage. Use it to clean up messy layouts and squeeze every possible storage slot that would otherwise go to waste.
Roll Up Backpacks and Rigs
When dragging a backpack or rig on the inventory screen, press “F” on your keyboard to roll it up. This significantly reduces its size. For instance, the B3 Universal Chest Rig takes only three slots after being rolled up, compared to 12 slots while open.
you may only roll empty backpacks and rigs. Hence, when looting enemies, consider pressing “X” to quickly drop items and free up their backpack for rolling.
Break Down Your Weapons
Weapon attachmentscan be removed to take up less space. For example, taking out the magazine from an MP5 makes it take 3 slots instead of 6. Removing the grips saves even more space. Sell these attachments to your Contacts because they are cheap to buy back when needed. That said, larger magazines are expensive, and some grips are highly valuable. Keep those with you.
Right-click on weapons to fold their stocks, saving some additional slots.
Stop Hoarding Everything
Make it a habit toalways sell junk items, half-used gear, or anything that you are probably never going to use. For example, sell cheap handguns, low-level ammo, low-tier vests, smaller health and surgical kits, and miscellaneous items you loot from raids. You can free up dozens of slots in your stash with this alone.
Stop Claiming Bundles and Items
Arena Breakout: Infiniterewards your progression with free bundles and gear. These go straight to your storage to take up valuable space once they are claimed. This is problematic because you might not even need those items for your next raid.
For instance, claiming a bundle for a T4 armor vest just means losing a lot of valuable slots, especially if you are already short of space. Hence, only claim bundles when you’re ready to use the items, not just because they’re available.
Buy Storage Cases From Evita
Evita, the second Contact you unlock in the game, sells various storage expansion boxes. These are like backpacks, but can only store a specific type of item or gear.
For example, you’re able to buyweapon storage boxes, medical cases, ammo boxes, food containers, grenade boxes, magazine cases, and even a chest to store your hard-earned Koen money.
