Grow a Gardenhas some amazing tools, and sprinklers are right up there with the best of them. With sprinklers, you can grab huge fruits, make them sprout faster, and absorb special mutations. One of the recent sprinklers introduced is theHoney Sprinkler, added in the 1.08.0 update. It’s definitely something you’ll want in your toolkit.
While normal sprinklers give yourainbow or gold fruits, the Honey Sprinkler is made specifically to give youthe Honey Glazed mutationfrom the Bee Swarm event. Here’show to get the Honey Sprinkler, how to use it, and what the Honey Glazed fruit is really like inGrow a Garden.
How to Get the Honey Sprinkler in Grow a Garden
The Honey Sprinkler is aHoney Shopexclusive goodie inGrow a Garden, so you’ll need to visit the shop to purchase it. Thankfully, this store is unlocked for everyone, unlike the Easter Shop, so players can access it directly by interacting with the Queen Bee hanging out on the Event Platform.
While it may seem simple, the challenge lies in collecting the new Bee Swarm currency needed to buy it. The Honey Sprinklercosts 30 Honey, so you’ll need to grind a bit. Players can snag Honey byhanding their pollinated fruitsto the Honey Compressor NPC on the Event Platform. Once you’ve gathered the required amount of Honey, wait for the shop to restock and grab the Honey Sprinkler quickly. Or, if you prefer, you’re able to buy it right away for199 Robux.
How to Use the Honey Sprinkler in Grow a Garden
The Honey Sprinkler is a divine gear that lasts for just60 seconds, so ideally, you’ll want to set it around grown crops that already have fruits hanging on them. Those fruits can easily gain the Honey Glazed mutation within the 60-second timer. While players can also use the Honey Sprinkler on seeds that take a few seconds to mature, like Strawberries or Orange Tulips, it’s not the smartest move, since you’ll end up wasting those precious seconds waiting for the fruits to spawn.
To increase the value of Honey Glazed fruits with the Honey Sprinkler, place it near profitable leafy plants such as Beanstalk and Cacao,or berry plants like Celestiberry. With only one minute of use, the Honey Sprinkler works best on small fruits. However, for larger plants, such as Mushrooms, you may need to place a few Honey Sprinklers to achieve the Bee Swarm mutation.
Honey Glazed Mutation Effects and Selling Multiplier
InGrow a Garden, any plant with the Honey Glazed mutation looks like it’s dripping with honey and can besold for five timesits regular priceat Steven’s Stand. There’sanother 5x variant called Plasma, but it’s super rare, so Honey Glazed is a great everyday option. It’s even better than a bunch of other mutations, like Bloodlit, Wet, Chocolate, Pollinated, Chilled, and Moonlit. As such, it’s not a bad idea to stock up on Honey Sprinklers or to unlock a Bear Bee since it can trigger this mutation, too.
