On the other hand, those looking for an optimal performance of 1080p 60 FPS gameplay at high settings should have i7-11700K/Ryzen 5 7600 and RTX 2080Ti 11GB/RX 6750 XT 12GB. Upgrading the GPU with RTX 4090 24GB/RX 7900 XTX 24GB should offer players the best-possibleHell is Usgameplayexperience, with 4K 30FPS performance at ultra settings. Hell is Usoffering a frame-rate of only 30 FPS on the high-end RTX 4090 24GB GPU, which concerned some players. To address this concern, the Rogue Factor teamreleased a statement on Steamand clarified that it mentioned “4K 30 FPS” for this particular GPU because, even though the frame-rate will possibly go higher, it still may not deliver a consistent 60 FPS.
