However, the exact details of her gameplay are only expected to be confirmed after Version 5.7 launches on July 09, 2025.

As an Electro-Charged Support, Inef allegedly brings an Electro Shield to the table, coupled with an Elemental Skill that seeks out enemies and deals continuous Electro DMG in a similar way to Furina. On the other hand, her Elemental Burst deals Electro DMG in an area around Inef, resummons her Elemental Skill, and refreshes its cooldown. Earlier leaks suggested that Inef would be a similar character toEmilie inGenshin Impact, and the comparisons are even more obvious now.
Genshin Impact Could Introduce a Powerful Electro-Charged Support in Version 5.8
However, the leak also claims that Inef will transform the Electro-Charged reaction into a Lunar version, potentially hinting at Nod-Krai’s combat mechanic. This Lunar Electro-Charged summons an Electrocloud above affected enemies, dealing continuous Electro DMG that scales off of the triggering character’s Elemental Mastery, but also Inef’s ATK, Crit RATE, and Crit DMG. Her other passive converts a portion of Inef’s ATK into Elemental Mastery for the active character. In terms of synergy, players speculate that Inef will work well withIfa inGenshin Impact, but also potentially Chasca and Clorinde.
Ultimately, leaks should be taken with a grain of salt, as ability kits are liable to change on their way to beta testing.
