The leak shows off a new render with the name “Avatar_Male_Sword_Dainsleif_Model” for Dainsleif’s in-game appearance, citing that models using that naming convention are typically reserved for playable characters. The model does not feature any major noticeablechanges to Dainsleif’s designfrom previous patches, though the file name suggests that Dainsleif will use a Sword as his weapon.
The existence of a new model for Dainsleif could have several implications for his involvement withGenshin Impact’s future updates.Pyro Archon Mavuikapreviously saw a new character model added to the game ahead of her official release, briefly becoming playable during a segment of Natlan’s Archon Quest.
