Now, anOblivion Remasteredplayer named Jurba_The_Hutt is showing off the surprise birthday party their girlfriend organized for them. In honor of Jurba_The_Hutt’s 30th birthday, their girlfriend and her friends went to work putting together anElder Scrolls-themed party, with Jurba_The_Hutt initially being greeted by a sign on the door themed on that of theBlack Hand ofSkyrim, telling Jurba_The_Hutt “We know… It’s your birthday,” rather than the usual much more grim murder-themed message.
Oblivion Remastered Birthday Party Went All-Out
Further images showed by the fan demonstrate how far their girlfriend went to put together the party. A birthday cake with theOblivionlogo also includes text saying “Gate 30 Opens,” referring both to the Oblivion Gates as well as the player’s age. There was also a nice selection of grub themed on the game, including Sweetrolls and potions, with themed decorations surrounding them. For the player’s birthday gift, the girlfriend even learned how to do pyrography, with a burned-in design based on the game and a message of “Happy birthday, my hero of Kvatch” inThe Elder Scrolls' runic alphabet.
As one might expect,Elder Scrollsfans have been thoroughly impressed with the girlfriend’s efforts, and congratulated the player. One fan furthered theDark Brotherhood doorjoke by telling the OP that they “sleep rather soundly for a birthday boy.” Jurba_The_Hutt noted in a later comment that his girlfriend has since seen the response from the community, and is happy about it, so everyone won on this player’s birthday.
