Duraluminum is one of the components of Tier 5 equipment, and the kickstart materialto reach the endgame in Deep Desertexploration. But getting enough Duraluminum Ingots for crafting is extremely complicated, more so for solo players.
So, for those wondering how to get this material, here’s a simplified guide on how to get Duraluminum along with some advice on how to get the required materials to craft enough Ingots for the Tier 5 equipment and vehicles.
How To Craft Duraluminum In Dune Awakening
To getDuraluminum IngotinDune: Awakeningplayers need to putwater,Aluminum Ingot, andJasmium Crystalin a medium Refinery. Each Duraluminum Ingot requires500 ml. water,4x Jasmium Crystal, and 1xAluminum Ingot,so players will need to farm tons of Jasmium, Water, and Aluminum to get enough mats for Tier 5 equipment.
A Mk. 5 Scout Ornithopterrequires a whopping 350 Duraluminum Ingots to be crafted, so players need tons of these resources to get the best aerial vehicle to explore the Deep Desert. So, let’s get to some of the best spots to get these resources and reach the endgame by crafting tons of Duraluminum.
Where to Get Aluminum
There are a few placeswhere players can get the Aluminumthey need to craft Duraluminum, but the optimal farming spot is located in the middle of Jabal Eifrit Al-Garb, in a zone that players have dubbed ‘The Pillars,’ due to the many rock formations that grow from the sand, and are filled to the brim with many valuable ores.
Considering that players might already have a Mk. 4 Ornithopter, they should equip a Storage Module on it and grab a Tier 4 Cutteray to farm the ores. If theyinvest in the Planetologist Perks, they can also increase the yield during mining, considerably speeding up the process.
Where to Get Jasmium Crystals
Jasmium Crystals are difficult to procure, since players need to delve into the dangerous Sheol, the southwesternmost part of Hagga Basin. It’s a dangerous place, filled with PvP zones, two huge sandworms patrolling the sands, barely any rocky island to land on, and to add insult to injury: High Radiation Levels.
Players need to bring a Radiation Suit to deal with this debuff that might kill them at any given time.A Mk. 4 Radiation Suit protects themfor around 2 and a half minutes, so they need to be quick, grab as much Jasmium as they can, get into their Ornithopters, and fly away to reduce Radiation levels before trying again.
Once players have all the mats they need, they should return to their base and dump it all in the Medium Refinery (or in any container at their base) and select Duraluminum among the available recipes. Each Ingot takes a while to be crafted, so players can drop them in queue and keep farming mats to craft even more later.
