Building Anticipation for DANDADAN Season 2 With Style
As mentioned previously, the World Premiere event was attended by Abel Góngora, co-director of the second season ofDANDADANas well as the talented voice acting talent breathing life into the main characters of the Evil Eye arc: Abby Trott who voices Momo, A.J. Beckles, voice of Okarun and Aleks Le, who has had a brilliant season fresh from winning Best Voice-Over Artist in English at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards forhis role asSolo Levelingprotagonist Sung Jinwoo, whileDANDADANitself was lauded for Best Opening Sequence and Best Character Designs. Le also attended the event in an outfit inspired by Jiji’s appearance after his possession by the Evil Eye in the latter stages of DANDADAN: Evil Eye, showcasing his connection to the series and to the character, while Abby Trott was dressed up as Momo.
We put in a lot of effort into showing Jiji’s emotions, so I hope you guys can feel the same compassion he has for Evil Eye. It’s very cute and sad at the same time. Let me know what you think afterward.

DANDADAN: Evil Eyebegins with a recap of the events of season 1 before bringing us back to the Cursed House arc, which most will remember ended in a rather awful manner as it left Momo in a state of peril, while Jiji and Okarun had just discovered the horrific hidden room in the former’s house. The World Premiere was received by a room full of fans eager to see the story ofDANDADANcontinue, lucky enough to get a taste before everyone else, even Japanese fans, and the turn-out at the event is but a drop in the water compared to what the theatrical release will getonce it’s officially out.
DANDADAN: Evil Eye premieres in North America on June 6. The second season of DANDADAN premieres on July 3, while the first season is available to watch onNetflix. Keep reading GameRant for more on DANDADAN news, updates, and more.
