Black Ops 7’s First Trailer Has Already Surpassed Black Ops 6’s

There’s no firm release date for the nextCall of Dutygame just yet, but there’s a strong chance it will stick with tradition and launch in late October/early November. But despite the fact that the shooter is still likely a good four or five months away, hype appears to be at an all-time high. In just 24 hours, theworldwide reveal trailer forCall of Duty: Black Ops 7has already accumulated over 28 million views. For comparison,Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s reveal trailer, which is now one year old, has only racked up 19 million views. The drastic difference seems to show thatCall of Dutyfans are far more excited forBlack Ops 7than they were for its predecessor, which only launched in October 2024.

Marketing for the nextCall of Dutytitle has barely even begun, but if the game’s first trailer is anything to go by, it could be a big few months for fans of the series. Some are even speculating that afull reveal ofCall of Duty: Black Ops 7will take place on June 20. Although a “reveal” has already taken place, it merely consisted of a cinematic trailer.
