The Shinju Are About To Fall In Boruto
The Shinju were introduced as the first big villain group in theBorutoseries, but they’re not going to last long now. As fans have seen already over the course of the last few chapters, the Shinju are starting to fall. Ryu was the first one to fall duringhis fight against Sarada Uchiha. Sarada, after awakening her Mangekyo Sharingan, absolutely crushed him in battle. The Thorn Soul Bulb has been acquired now, which means that Shinki should be freed soon.

Similarly, Matsuri was also taken down in Boruto.While Konohamaru obliterated her, it was Boruto who finished her off. Now, Konohamaru has the Thorn Soul Bulb for her, and this means Moegi will be back in the series very soon.

With the Shinju out of the way, the next main villain of the story will have to show up, and that is where the Otsutsuki come in. As fans know already, the Otsutsuki are going to be deeply involved in the plot in the future, and one villain has already been set up by the author. Akebi, who fans know to be Amado’s daughter, is going to be extremely important moving forward as Kawaki looks set to give his Karma to her. In other words, she will resurrect, but there is always a chance thatshe will turn into an Otsutsuki. If that does happen, then Akebi Otsutsuki will be the next villain of the series, and that’s what fans are excited to see.

Shibai Otsutsuki Could Be The Final Villain
Although Akebi is likely going to be the next main villain of the story, she isn’t the only Otsutsuki who threatens the shinobi world.The biggest threat of all is Shibai Otsutsuki, who was previously revealed to have ascended to a different realm of existence. While he doesn’t have a mortal body, Shibai could come back in some way towards the end and stand as the strongest enemy in the path of the ninjas. Undoubtedly, this battle would require the effort of the entire world, and the fight would be absolutely amazing.
