This list will pinpoint various places that players can reach throughout their adventure. From late-game farming that will give them the extra bump they need to prepare for the Deep Desert expedition, to some of the early schematics they can get real fast, to rush into the mid and late game with the best possible gear.
1Mysa Taryll
Fastest Rush With High Late Game Yield
Located northeast of the O’odham, Mysa Taryll is the base of operations of the Maas Khaet, the religious cult that worships the Sandworm and plays the role of main antagonist in the late-game of the Dune: Awakening story. Though the place is a fortress, there’s a simple but effective way to skip all the enemies and just kill a few snipers and troopers to get the juicy loot they guard.
Go through the back entrance and climb or fly above the wall, then drop into the backstage of the main altar. Then slowly descend the stairs, kill the sniper guarding the key wristband, and go back to pass through the pentashield. Once inside, dispatch the three snipers and troopers inside, then stick to the left side. Use the cutteray to open the path to another key, then grab it and pass the pentashield immediately in front of the key room to claim the chest. Simple as that.
2Southern Comms
In And Out, Can Be Rushed With Or Without Thopter
Located southwest of Pinnacle Station, players can either climb this mount with the Sandbike,or rush with the Ornithopter. Whatever they choose, they have the option to skip all enemies if they stick to the northeastern rock wall, then climb above the Ornithopter landing platform, or just land there with their own flying vehicles.
Then, rush to the room right beside the landing pad, and claim the chest from inside. This place is especially good to farm Solaris and has a wide array of Sentinel Armor parts, weapons, and utility tools to grab.
3Sentinel City
A Few Enemies To Kill, But Overall Worth It
Sentinel City is a complex labyrinth filled with Sandflies (an enemy freedom-fighting group), and it’s quite complex to find the chest if players don’t know where to go. Just land in the Ornithopter pad, or climb there through the northeastern side of Fangs of Maraqeb, to find an entrance tunnel. Dispatch the enemies along the way, and turn right, then follow the path straight to the building with the bridge.
Climb to the top level, then cross the bridge going right from the entry perspective, then climb the stairs. Defeat the flamethrower enemy and the sniper to claim the wristband access key, then turn around to open the chest with the schematic and various chests with loot. Players can do the reverse path to exit easily, and if they turn right after exiting, they can climb to the top of Fangs of Maraqeb to claim another chest.
4Fangs Of Maraqeb
Best Place To Farm Unique Ornithopter Parts
To reach the top of Fangs of Maraqeb, or to be more precise, the natural cavern on the northeastern side of the mountain that has the loot, players need to either climb or fly with the Ornithopter. The problem with the latter is that it only reaches a certain altitude, then it starts to overheat and lose fuel like crazy.
So, use it to reach the middle section, then climb the rest of the path towards the loot. Following the climbing hooks and ropes trail, players cannot miss the right path. Once there, they will be able to claim some of the best unique schematics for the late game, including unique Ornithopter part schematics.
5Ghanima Cavern
Ideal Mid Game Farming Spot
Located northwest of Anvil Trading Post, this Fremen refuge inhabited by bandits can be accessed from the west side, then rushed by killing a single enemy guarding the entrance, and 4 enemies guarding the loot. Stick to the right side of the rock wall to find yet another Micro-sandwich fibre cover, and slice it to reveal the loot.
This is the best place to farm mid-game schematics, including the useful Emperor Wings Mk2, and the Hajra Literon Mk1. It also drops various Stillsuit and Light Armor schematics that players can use until the first stage of the Late game.
6Mirzabah’s Head
Good For Utility Tool Farming
If players are missing some of the early game unique schematics for Utility Tools, then the right place to find them is at Mirzabah’s Head, an enormous mountain in the middle of the Vermillius Gap. Players cannot miss this place, as it will be the destination for the fourth trial of Aql.
To find the chest, simply pass the Spice Platter room for the main quest and keep climbing a few steps until reaching the top. There, there’s a fallen Ornithopter players can farmfor some Holtzman Actuators, and behind it is the chest they need to loot. Remember that this refreshes every 45 minutes.
7The Anomaly
Easy To Get Loot, But Hard To Reach
Located on the western side of Vermillius Gap, the Anomaly is the firstradiation zone players will have to deal with,and one of the easiest schematic chests to farm in the whole game. The chest is located on the northeastern side of the Anomaly, near the three pillars.
Players don’t even need a Radiation Suit since they will be gathering the loot and exiting so fast that they won’t accumulate enough radioactivity to start losing health. Be careful of the Sandworm, though, since reaching this place can be a little tricky, and players will have to jump from one rocky island to another to avoid the apex predator ofDune: Awakening.
