With the influx of new characters, it’s difficult to pick who is the most noteworthy. With that in mind, here are the best characters introduced in Elbaf.
7Killingham
Came To Elbaf To Carry Out The Mission
Killingham belongs to the Rimoshifu family, one of the closest allies of the World Government. As a member of the Holy Knights, Killingham is a freakishly strong character who can fight on equal footing with an Admiral. Killingham has mastered his Devil Fruit and has shown no side effects from maintaining the animal form.
Killingham’s personality is not too different from other Holy Knights. He views himself as superior to other humans, which is why he wears the helmet like the other Celestial Dragons. At the moment, Killingham’s real face is a mystery, but it should be revealed soon.
6Shepherd Sommers
A Lunatic Who Likes Inflicting Pain
Shepherd Sommers is a vile and evil person who doesn’t care about normal human beings. He treats them as trash and will kill them if they try to get in his way. Shepherd Sommers carries out the missions on behalf of the World Governmentwith the help of the Iba Iba no Mi.
He creates thorny vines and uses them to subjugate his enemies. Sommers also has a tendency to romanticize pain and suffering. So whenever he hurts people, he makes sure to enjoy it.
5Gunko
One Of The Strongest Holy Knights
Gunko has one of the coolest designs in One Piece. She is amember of the Holy Knights, yet she doesn’t dress up like one. Instead, Gunko’s attire seems to be inspired by the Revolutionary Army. She has goggles that are similar to Sabo’s and Lindbergh’s.
Gunko’s Devil Fruit ability is also unique. She can create arrows, and she can mold them to her liking. Gunko can use the arrows to divert an attack back at the enemy. She can also pin down an opponent with the arrows, making sure they don’t leave. Gunko has also used the Devil Fruit to create a makeshift aircraft, with which she can reach higher places.
4Figarland Shamrock
Elder Twin Brother Of Shanks
Figarland Shamrock is the commander of the Holy Knights. He traveled to Elbaf alongside Gunko in an attempt to recruit Loki. But that didn’t work, and he ended up wounding the Giant horribly.
It is worth mentioningthat Shamrock is the son ofFigarland Garling and the elder twin brother of Shanks. Shamrock is cruel and vindictive, which is likely because of his upbringing. Like his other family members, Shamrock is extremely powerful, and he can easily match the strength of a Yonko. He has not gone all out in a fight, but that should change soon.
3Collun
Son Of A Legendary Pirate
Collun is an energetic young Giant who is fathered by Scopper Gaban. Unlike the other kids, Collun isn’t interested in studying. He wants to become a pirate, and he looks up to Shanks. In a way, Collun’s sense of adventure is similar to Luffy’s. Both characters are also full of zeal and jump at every opportunity to enjoy themselves.
Collun even formed a temporary pirate crew with some of the Straw Hats. As he’s still a child, Collun is not strong, but if he keeps pursuing his dream of becoming a pirate, then he will become a force to be reckoned with.
2Loki
The Son Of The Late King Harald
Loki is the son of the late King Harald. Instead of being treated as a prince, Loki is hated by the Giants because he committed patricide. The denizens of Elbaf were furious that Loki murdered his father to obtain a Devil Fruit. So, he was ostracized and ultimately shocked by Shanks.
Loki is different from other Giants in terms of appearance. He is also the only person in Elbaf to have a legendary weapon at his disposal. Additionally, the World Government gave him a special bounty, and the Holy Knights tried to recruit him. All these things make Loki one of the most interesting new characters. It would be remiss not to mention that there are still things about Loki that remain unknown, but they will be revealed in due time.
1Scopper Gaban
Former Member Of The Roger Pirates
Scopper Gaban is a legendary piratewho sailed with the Roger Pirates. He was called the ‘left-hand of the Pirate King,’ meaning he was equal to Silvers Rayleigh in terms of strength. Gaban’s name has been mentioned several times before Elbaf, but he has never made an appearance in the current timeline until now.
Scopper Gaban is an exceptional fighter who can utilize all three types of Haki. Additionally, Gaban’s physical abilities are on par with characters who are much younger than him. Aside from his strength, Gaban is an interesting character. He is an easygoing person, but he can change his mood in an instant.
