The Mega Mushroom is a lot of fun to use, since it allows players to nearly triple in size, growing tall and powerful as they crush anyone in the vicinity. The Mega Mushroom allows players to crush their opponents, flattening them to delay their speed and drifting abilities, while also providing them with a hefty speed boost to verify that they are one step ahead and racing into first place with ease.
5Super Star
Become Invincible and Rapid
Become a Super Starwith, well, the Super Star item. An item reserved for the bottom racers, the Super Star will push players back into the top spots since it will provide players with a great speed boost, allowing them to traverse off-road sections for epic shortcuts, while also giving them invincibility so that they can drive into opponents to spin them out, and ignore the impacts of all weapons that would dare push into them.

Boo will allow players to receive a mighty amount of benefits when used, such as invisibility, invulnerability, and a speed boost. The fact that the Boo allows players to move faster and go off-road with no repercussions, and avoid dreaded Shells and Lightning strikes, means that the Boo is like the Super Star, except it’s non-hostile and can steal enemy items to provide a reward after the invulnerability phase ends.

Triple Red Shells are great for players who are edging to 1st place, as they can throw a Red Shell to delay 1st place, then throw the second, and even the third, to ensure that they are stopped so much that players can take over and win.
