One of the biggest highlights of theAssassin’s Creedfranchise is each entry’s unique protagonist. The vast majority ofAssassin’s Creedentries put players in the free-running shoes of an Assassin, a member of a secret order that’s as old as history itself who’s tasked with upholding freedom by eliminating all those who seek to subjugate the world and its people.
Though theseAssassin protagonistsall share the same general goal, their motivations, skillsets, personalities, and place in history are all very different from one another. As such, many fans have their own favorite Assassin based on their personal experiences with each entry. But there’s only one Assassin who can claim they’ve eliminated the most targets.

The Most Deadly Assassins in Assassin’s Creed
Kassandra Has The Highest Kill-Count
Over the course ofAssassin’s Creed Odyssey’s main story, side missions, and DLC, Kassandra is said to have canonically eliminated 94 individual targets. This gives Kassandra the highest kill-count of all ofAssassin’s Creed’s protagonists, and that’s not counting any kills that aren’t shown directly on-screen.
After all, Kassandra endsAssassin’s Creed Odysseywieldingthe Staff of Hermes Trismegistus, a Piece of Eden that allows her to live for over 2000 years. With this in mind, it’s extremely likely that her actual kill-count is exponentially higher than 94. Given her absurdly long life, her high kill-count, her skill as a soldier, and her abilities as a progenitor of the Assassin Order, Kassandra could easily be considered the deadliest Assassin in the franchise.
Ezio Comes in a Close Second
According to currentAssassin’s Creedcanon, Ezio Auditore da Firenze has a total of 68 confirmed kills across his trilogy of games and his Nintendo DS spinoff. This gives him the second highest kill-count in the franchise. While Ezio may not have lived for thousands of years like Kassandra, he makes the most of the time he has, with his final Assassin adventure in Constantinople being one of the protagonist’s most brutal.
Connor Is a Brutal Fighter
WhileAssassin’s Creed 3’s Connor Kenwayonly has 15 completed assassinations under his belt, he’s arguably the most capable fighter in the franchise.AC3makes Connor seem like a one-man army, capable of taking on wave after wave of British soldiers and tanking numerous gunshots with no armor on at all. And that’s not even counting the spiritual abilities he gets duringAssassin’s Creed 3’s DLC.
Edward Destroyed Countless Ships
Edward Kenway has a slightly higher kill count than his grandson Connor, having achieved 26 confirmed assassinations duringthe events ofAssassin’s Creed: Black Flag. But if Edward’s countless naval battles were taken into account, then his kill-count would be drastically higher. Alongside the rest of the crew of The Jackdaw, Edward Kenway lay waste to a plethora of ships, including multiple Man-of-Wars. In real-life, each Man-of-War could house a crew of up to 800, meaning Edward’s kill-count would be in the thousands.
The Fryes Started a London-Wide Gang War
Sibling duoJacob and Evie Fryeare on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to confirmed assassinations, with Jacob having just 7 and Evie having 14. But the duo’s lethality and brutality shouldn’t be overlooked. In order to put an end to the Templar’s reign in London, the Frye twins incited a citywide gang war, dragging in hundreds of lives on both sides, many of which the Fryes ended personally.
