Apex Legends, the popular FPS battle royale game from Respawn Entertainment and EA, is currently down.Apex Legendswas shadow dropped in 2019 and became a massive overnight success. The battle royale is not quite as big as it once was, but it is still fairly popular and remains in rotation for many battle royale fans.
A big reason whyApex Legendshas managed to last so long as a live-service game is its regular updates.NewApex Legendsupdatesaddress balance issues, host special events, and give players new content to enjoy. Currently,Apex Legendsis in the midst of Season 25, though players are currently having a hard time playing it.
As acknowledged by Respawn on Twitter,Apex Legendsservers are currently down. Players across all platforms are unable to enjoyApex LegendsSeason 25at the time of this writing, with the problem yet to be publicly identified. Respawn has said that its team is working to resolve the issues withApex Legendsand will share more information when it is available.
