Long story short,activating these towers will add the map piecefor the corresponding district in Ginormosia. However, players must find these towers through pure exploration in the region. Regarding how big Ginormosia is, it might take some time to find the tower for every region, but one good hack to finding them is to climb on top of a high cliff and then look around. Since towers are tall enough, they can be spotted pretty easily unless they are surrounded by cliffs or trees. For those looking for an easier way, here arethe locations of all Googlancia Towers in Ginormosia.
West Dryridge Desert Googlancia Tower Location
The first Googlancia Tower that you discover happens through story progression. The first time that you travel to Ginormosia, the Googlancia Tower inWest Dryridge Desertwill unlock by default, making it your only fast travel point when coming back to the region.
East Dryridge Desert Googlancia Tower Location
Exploring towards the west from the first Googlancia Tower is the way to reach the next tower. SinceEast Dryridge Desertwill be covered by clouds on the map, it might be difficult to locate using the images above. So, attempt to hug the northern bay from the original tower and move east. However, don’t climb up the high cliffs; there is no need to.
Viridia Plateau Googlancia Tower Location
Head north from East Dryridge Desert, and you will find yourself in Viridia Plateau. The tower in this region is located almost in the middle, which is why it might be a little bit difficult to find. The eastern part of the map is a desert, and the western part is a grass field. The tower is located on the border between the biomes, a little bit towards the east.
South Greatgut Plains Googlancia Tower Location
If you move in a straight horizontal line directly to the west from Viridia Plateau’s tower, you will eventually find yourself in front of South Greatgut’s tower. The tower is located almost at the center of the region, a little bit towards the northwest.
West Greatgut Plains Googlancia Tower Location
The tower in West Greatgut is located adjacent to the area’s border with the East Greatgut. You will need to move northeast from South Greatgut’s tower. On your way, you will pass over a river, which is a good sign that you are close to the destination. The Googlancia Tower overlooks the river.
East Greatgut Plains Googlancia Tower Location
Move directly to the north from West Greatgut’s tower. Along the way, you will find a pool of water with small isles on the right and a river on the left. Pass straight from the middle ground between them and continue moving north until you spot the tower.
Pettlewing Woods Googlancia Tower Location
Finding the tower in Pettling Wood might be a little bit difficult. Although it looks like moving directly east from East Greatgut’s tower will take you there, the dense forest in the middle blocks the path, and players must circle around it. It’s recommended to take the gravel road and follow it, as it will eventually lead you to the tower.
Speaking of the forests, the northwestern forest in Pettling Wood does have an entrance, which eventually leads toa hidden shrine, but players must solve a small maze puzzle first.
Shroomhaven Googlancia Tower Location
While you are next to the Pettling Wood’s tower, look to the northeast, and you might be able to spot Shroomhaven’s tower. Even if you can’t see it, justdive into the ocean and swimin the same direction until you reach Shroomhaven’s bay. Climb up the desert cliffs, and you will find the tower.
Wingtip Valley Googlancia Tower Location
Similar to Shroomhaven, you can also reach Wingtip Valley’s tower by swimming. So, dive into the ocean from Shroomhaven’s tower and swim northwest. The tower in Wingtip Valley is close to the northeast corner of the area, but keep in mind that it can’t be spotted from afar, as the tower is surrounded by desert cliffs.
Moltana Wastes Googlancia Tower Location
Fast travel to East Greatgut’s tower, and you should see the river on the western side of it. Follow the river to the north until you reach the desert cliffs. Now, hug the cliffs on the east side of the river and climb up until you find the tower.
Keep in mind that you don’t need to climb on top of the volcanic mountain, but it providesan amazing vantage pointto scout the surrounding areas forother points of interest, including shrines. However, the mountain has a lot of lava rivers, which makes it a little bit difficult to reach the peak. Also, expect some high-level enemies on top, but no bosses yet.
Scorchrock Mountain Googlancia Tower Location
Move across the river from Moltana’s tower and head northeast. Climb the desert cliffs on the way, and you should be able to spot Scorchrock Mountain’s tower. It’s located in a grass field at a lower height than Moltana, which makes it an easy target.
Crickneck Canyon Googlancia Tower Location
To find Crickneck’s Googlancia Tower, you just need to take a short swim to the south. So, dive into the water from Scorchrock’s tower and head south. Once you reach Crickneck’s bay, climb up the cliffs and start moving southwest, and you will shortly reach the tower.
Drakeseye Valley Googlancia Tower Location
The next destination is the western bay of Ginormosia. So, just take a straight horizontal line to the west from Crickneck Canyon’s Googlancia Tower. Along the way, you will pass through a grass field and then reach deserted cliffs again. On top of the cliffs, you should be able to find the tower for Drakeseye Valley, pretty close to the western shores.
Drakesnout Range Googlancia Tower Location
As the map shows, there are four rivers originating from a pool in Drakeseye Valley. Follow along the southernmost river, and before it joins the ocean, climb up the tall cliffs south of the river. You won’t be able to spot the tower before climbing up the trees, but where the river aligns itself with the border between Drakesnout Range and Drakeseye Valley is the most accurate location to part ways with it and move directly south.
Fangshore Isles Googlancia Tower Location
The final Googlancia Tower is located in the most beautiful area in Ginormosia. Actually, when you discover Drakesnout Range’s tower, you can easily spot Fangshore Isles' tower looking towards the east. The tower is located on the southwestern corner of the biggest island in Fangshore.
While discovering Googlancia Towers makes traversal around Ginormosia a lot faster and easier, it will not mark all points of interest automatically. So, players still need to thoroughly explore every area to find the shrines, leaves, villages, bosses, and area challenges.
That being said, hovering the map marker over each Googlancia Tower will still show the number of shrines and leaves in the region. So, players can track their progression in the area. Each district also comes with an Area Rank. Increasing the Area Rank will spawn higher-level enemies in the area. Completing area challenges is the best way to level, and finding the points of interest in an area also adds to the points collected.
