The game world is an extremely dangerous place due to the mysterious entities. Some of them are quite weak, while others pose a threat even to a strong group of players. However, you just need to use the right strategies to survive.
As soon as you leave the safe zone inDead Rails, you will quickly encounter your first enemies, namely zombies. They usually live in destroyed houses, but can also come to forts at night. To deal with them, you just need to have a ranged weapon. And to tell the truth, this advice applies to absolutely all enemies in the game.
In total, there are two types of weapons inDead Rails: melee and ranged. The first is useful in critical situations when you have no ammo left. At the same time, ranged weapons are your best friend and the key to survival in the wasteland. However, you should increase your arsenal when the opportunity arises, since for some entities, a revolver is not enough.
How to Kill
Normal Zombie
A couple of well-aimed shots from a revolver are enough to kill it.
Runner Zombie
The same as Normal Zombie, but much faster, so do not get close.
Zombie Soldier
A dangerous type of zombie armed with various firearms and spawning in Fort Constitution. You will need a rifle to kill from afar, where they will not reach you.
Captain Prescott
This is a unique zombie in Fort Constitution. He is dangerous in close combat, but cannot do anything to you if you shoot him.
Ironclad Zombie
A dangerous type of zombie that has armor that protects against bullets. You will need a lot of ammo to kill them. You can also use a melee weapon.
Sheriff Zombie
